Somalia has set aims to develop its infrastructure in areas including agriculture and electricity. The African country’s aspirations are on show in Dubai’s Expo 2020 pavilion. The globe exhibition is currently on display in the United Arab Emirates and will be open until the end of the month. The Opportunity District has a place for Somalia, which is also an Arab country.

Somalia offered elements such as agriculture, a crucial industry in the country’s GDP growth, to the event under the tagline “Connecting people, creating possibilities” (GDP). The future of fishing was also discussed. The annual production of fisheries has risen from 30,000 tonnes in 1994 to 200,000 tonnes in recent years.

Visitors will also be able to see the country’s potential in the energy industry.
