Through its website and its affiliated departments in the Avenues Mall, the Kuwait Red Crescent Society (KRCS) began a donation drive on Saturday for those who were impacted by the floods, torrential downpours, and droughts in Somalia, Sudan, and Pakistan.
The campaign was started, according to KRCS General Secretary Maha Al-Barjas in a statement to KUNA, because of the country’s citizens’ dire need for basic necessities, particularly medicine, shelter, and water to drink.
The campaign’s goal is to lessen the suffering of the affected people. On both a national and international level, it reflects Kuwait’s human rule because Kuwait’s leadership is constantly eager to assist those in need and encourages everyone to donate as soon as possible.
