Rasmus Hojlund, an Atalanta attacker, has joined Manchester United, the English Premier League club announced on Saturday.
According to a club release, the Danish attacker has signed a deal with the Red Devils that will last until June 2028.
“It is no secret that I have been a fan of this great club since I was a small boy, and I have always dreamed of walking out at Old Trafford as a Manchester United player,” the 20-year-old stated.
“I am ecstatic about the opportunity to make that dream a reality, and I am determined to repay the club’s faith in me.” “It’s early in my career, but I know I’m ready to take this next step and play alongside this group of world-class players,” he continued.
Hojlund, who joined Atalanta from Sturm Graz in 2022, scored 10 goals and assisted four times in 34 Serie A games.
