Somali Magazine – During their week-long visit to Somalia, the African Union Compliance and Accountability Framework (AUCAF) mission will meet with officials from the Federal Government of Somalia, the United Nations, ATMIS, and civil society groups.
The group, led by Adebayo Kareem, AUCAF Coordinator, met today with ATMIS Force Commander Lt. Gen. Sam Okiding, military component leadership, and sector commanders.
The discussions focused on implementing and complying to the recently updated AU Rules of Engagement (RoE), which are now linked with ATMIS requirements to strengthen civilian protection activities.
