    Somali Parliament Speaker Pays Historic Visit to Arta, Djibouti

    Mogadishu (SOMALI MAGAZINE) Mr. Sheikh Adan Mohamed Noor (Madobobe), the renowned Speaker of the Somali Parliament, recently paid a visit to the city of Arta in Djibouti. In a noteworthy show of diplomatic friendship, he is accompanied by his counterpart, Mr. Dileita Mohamed Dileita, Speaker of the Djiboutian Parliament. The visit is historic, reflecting longstanding relations between Somalia and Djibouti.

    This prominent group was hosted by the city of Arta, which is currently constructing a huge museum. The visit not only demonstrates the ongoing cultural and historical endeavors, but also acknowledges Arta’s essential position in Somalia’s history. The city is respected for its role in the battle and subsequent restoration of Somalia’s Third Republic.
