Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan met with his Congolese colleague Jean-Claude Gakosso in Ankara, the Turkish Foreign Ministry announced on Monday.
“Protocol on the Exchange of Land Plots for Diplomatic Missions was signed between Türkiye and Congo,” according to the ministry’s post.
Following Congo’s independence in 1960, Turkey and the Republic of the Congo established diplomatic ties.
