    BAKU, AZERBAIJAN – February 27, 2025 – Azerbaijan and Somalia have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance cooperation in the oil and gas sector. The agreement, announced by Azerbaijan’s Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov, follows discussions with Somalia’s Minister of Oil and Mineral Resources, Dahir Shire Mohamed.
