The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) distributed 70 tonnes of food aid to displaced and drought-affected people in the Daynili district of the Banadir region of Mogadishu on Thursday, benefiting 6,000 people.
This aid is part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s urgent intervention to help cover the humanitarian needs of people affected by the drought in Somalia, including food and nutrition programmes for children, water and shelter for the displaced, and life-saving emergency programmes.
