The Philippine Air Force is still receiving T129 Atak helicopters from Turkish Aerospace Industries.
According to data gathered by Anadolu Agency, Turkish Aerospace Industries, which shipped its first Atak helicopter to the Philippines, finished testing procedures at the company’s facilities and sent two more helicopters to the country.
The Philippine Air Force has begun the acceptance testing for the helicopters built using Phase II infrastructure. Delivery is planned to be completed on December 3 after the testing are finished.
The third and fourth helicopters were delivered to the Philippines by Turkish Aerospace Industries in accordance with the contract, which calls for six deliveries. The final two helicopters will be delivered in 2024 by Turkish Aerospace Industries.
Turkish Aerospace Industries recently delivered the first two helicopters to the Philippine Air Force after delivering 73 helicopters to various security forces in Turkey. There were now 75 people.
There will be 77 helicopters delivered when the delivery is finished in December.
