Mogadishu, Somali Magazine. The President of Somalia’s Hirshabelle State, Ali Abdullahi Hussein (Ali Guudlawe), has asked Hirshabelle residents to fully join in the second phase of operations to eliminate the al-Shabaab terrorist organization.

President Guudlawe spoke during an annual prayer gathering in the Eelowe area of Middle Shabelle, highlighting current development initiatives in the Warsheikh district, such as the construction of health centers, educational facilities, and water wells.

During the ceremony, President Guudlawe toured many regions of Warsheikh, emphasising that the liberation of Hirshabelle and the second phase of the anti-terrorism campaign are moving quite quickly. He stated that these efforts are reinforced by the decentralization of the government structure and the establishment of local councils.

President Guudlawe urged the inhabitants of these regions to actively engage in the second phase of freedom and contribute to the establishment of local government and security councils.
