    Government Response

The Ministry of Information confirmed the successful repulsion of the attack and highlighted the significant losses inflicted on the militant group. The Somali government has been intensifying its military operations against Al-Shabaab in central and southern regions, with backing from African Union troops and international allies.

    Ongoing Efforts

The SNA continues to target Al-Shabaab strongholds in an effort to dismantle the group’s control over southern and central Somalia. The recent operation is part of a broader crackdown aimed at stabilizing the region and restoring government authority.
