Bihi Iman Egeh, the Federal Government of Somalia’s Minister of Finance, presided over an important meeting with the Somali Chamber of Commerce to discuss ways to improve the ministry and chamber’s cooperation on a number of fronts, including consultations on the new income tax bill that the ministry intends to submit to the cabinet in the upcoming weeks.
This backs up the changes the administration is implementing to mobilize domestic revenue.
