    Somalia and Libya strengthen their bilateral ties.

    Mogadishu, SOMALI MAGAZINE. In a key diplomatic engagement, Somalia’s Senior Adviser to the President, Amb. Dahir Mahmoud Geelle, met with Libyan President Mohamed Yonis Al-Manfi.

    During the meeting, Ambassador Geelle relayed a message from Dr. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, to his Libyan counterpart. The discussions focused on strengthening Somalia and Libya’s brotherly relations, with a particular emphasis on commerce, security, and political collaboration.

    The two countries indicated a desire to strengthen their relationship, acknowledging the value of solidarity and teamwork in accomplishing shared goals and overcoming common problems.

    This conference is a significant step forward in Somalia and Libya’s continued efforts to develop robust cooperation, demonstrating their commitment to working together for the prosperity and stability of their respective nations and the region.
