The COVID-19 virus testing requirements at the airport have been abolished, according to an announcement from Somalia’s Ministry of Health.
In accordance with a press release from the ministry, visitors to Somalia are no longer required to show documentation of their immunizations or a negative PCR test.
Following the majority of other nations, Somalia has eliminated all entry requirements for all air travellers, regardless of their country of origin.
The WHO said earlier this month that Somalia had fully immunised 30% of its population against the COVID-19 disease, meeting its goal.
