Somali Magazine – HE Salah Ahmed Jama, Deputy Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, and a team of national and international assistance officials visited Baidoa to coordinate relief efforts for flood victims.
The officials met with Southwest State President Abdiaziz Hassan Mohamed (Laftagareen) to discuss how to assist those affected by the flash floods.
Mohamud Moalim Abdulle, the Commissioner of the Somali Disaster Management Agency (SoDMA), was among the authorities who accompanied the Deputy Prime Minister on his visit to Baidoa to examine the impact of the disastrous floods and the emergency requirements on the ground.
