Mogadishu, SOMALI MAGAZINE. H.E. Amb. Ahmed Moallim Fiqi, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received the Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General (SRSG) for Somalia and Head of the United Nations Assistance Mission in Somalia (UNSOM), H.E. Ms. Catriona Laing, on Wednesday at his office in the Ministry in Mogadishu, where he discussed a wide range of key issues, including political and security issues critical to the country’s progress.
The discussion centered on prospective partnerships to solve Somalia’s difficulties, emphasizing the need of continuous cooperation between the Federal Government of Somalia and the United Nations.
