Mogadishu (SOMALI MAGAZINE) – H.E Abdikadir Mohamed Nur, Minister of Defence for the Federal Government of Somalia, laid the groundwork for a new command base for the ground forces alongside the Commander of the Somali Army, Gen. Ibrahim Sheikh Muhidin, and the Commander of the ground troops, General Dayah Abdi Abdulle.
The Commander of the Somali National Army stated that creating a new facility for ground forces will play a significant role in addressing one of the army’s demands.
The Minister of Defence emphasized the necessity of the new command base for ground forces, stating that it will be created independently.
