According to news sources, a mass shooting occurred Monday night in the US city of Philadelphia, leaving four people dead and four others hurt.
Police reported that there had been many gunshots in southwest Philadelphia’s Kingsessing neighbourhood and that a suspect was in custody.
They claimed that the male suspect was equipped with a handgun and a rifle and was wearing a protective vest.
There were at least two children among those who were shot, though it is unclear if they were killed.
