President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, HE Hassan Sheikh Mohamud appointed Mr. Ali Jeyte Osman as the Chief Liaison in the Office of the President.
Mr. Osman, formerly the governor of Hiiraan Region, will now lead the Civilian Defense Forces, commonly referred to as Macawisley.
