Somali Magazine – The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, welcomed a high-level delegation from Egyptian President H.E Abdel Fattah El-Sisi at the State House in Mogadishu. The group extended a formal invitation to President Hassan Sheikh to visit Egypt.
During the meeting, the delegation reiterated President El-Siss’ unwavering support for Somalia’s sovereignty, unity, and territorial integrity, while also emphasizing the critical importance of upholding these fundamental principles and firmly opposing any actions that would violate them.
The team emphasized President El-Sisi’s steadfast commitment to strengthening brotherly relations between Egypt and Somalia in all areas of mutual interest.
In response, President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud extended his heartfelt gratitude to the group for their timely visit and for transmitting President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s invitation, recognizing the importance of strengthening the historical relations between the two countries.
