HE Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, expressed farewell to outgoing Kenyan Ambassador to Somalia, Maj. Gen. (Rtd) Thomas Chepkuto, who has concluded his tour of duty in Somalia.
The President wished the Ambassador the best of luck in his new endeavors.
