    According to the organization, some of these discolored tablets have already entered the Rwandan market. Rwandan health officials have launched an investigation to ascertain whether these medications caused any harm to customers.

    Meanwhile, Kenyan authorities have yet to announce if the antifungal medication, which is often used to treat fungal or yeast infections, would be recalled from the local market.
