H.E. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, has arrived in Djibouti for the 41st Extraordinary session of the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD), which begins tomorrow in Djibouti City.
The IGAD summit is anticipated to cover a wide range of regional and international concerns, including security, commerce, infrastructure, energy, and climate change.
