“My name is Andrzej Duda, and I am the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland.” I am in charge of Poland’s and its inhabitants’ security. As a result, as a responsible politician, I now REJECT the entire paragraph of the summit conclusions concerning migration,” he said on X.
Following the summit, the EU issued a joint declaration that included a section on expansion but made no mention of migration.
French President Emmanuel Macron expressed hope that the third Baghdad Conference would include Turkey, Egypt, Iraq, Iran, and Gulf countries.
