    On Tuesday, Anadolu Efes defeated AX Armani Exchange Milan 64-48 in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague’s first playoff round game.

    At the Mediolanum Forum in Assago, near Milan, Shane Larkin and Vasilije Micic both scored 16 points to lead the Istanbul team to victory.
