Somali Magazine – Russia said Wednesday that Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will pay a two-day visit to Turkey to attend this week’s Antalya Diplomacy Forum.
“Lavrov will travel Turkey on March 1-2 to attend the Antalya Diplomatic Forum, at the request of Turkish Foreign Minister [Hakan Fidan]. Lavrov will also meet with his Turkish colleague,” Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said during a news conference in Moscow.
Zakharova stated that the two diplomats will address international concerns such as Ukraine, Palestine, and the South Caucasus, as well as Syria and Libya.
She stated that collaboration between Turkey and Russia in areas such as energy, security, finance, and tourism will be discussed.
The Antalya Diplomacy Forum will take place in the southern seaside city in March 1-3
