    Displaced persons in need arrive at Kismayo City.

    Somali Magazine – The torrential rains that affected various parts of the country displaced over 500,000 people, including those living in Jubaland. Some of the needy displaced people arrived in Kismayo city to seek refuge and basic necessities.

    “Heavy rains and flooding continue to wreak havoc in southern Somalia, displacing hundreds of farmers in the Lower Jubba Region.” Displaced people in need have landed in Kismayo. The government is dedicated to providing vital assistance to the victims. “We can make a difference if we work together,” claimed the Minister of Information in a post on his official X platform.
