Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg agreed to battle Twitter owner Elon Musk in a cage match on Wednesday, accepting his offer in a social media post.

“Send Me Location,” Zuckerberg stated in an Instagram post, sharing an image of a tweet from Musk in which he replied, “I’m up for a cage match if he is.”

Musk issued the challenge in response to claims that Zuckerberg was planning to launch a text-based Twitter rival called “Threads.”

“I’m sure Earth can’t wait to be exclusively under Zuck’s thumb with no other options,” Musk said on Twitter.

According to a tweet from The Verge’s Alex Heath, a representative for Meta has verified that Zuckerberg is serious about taking on Musk.

Musk later pitched the “Vegas Octagon” as the venue, referring to the UFC Octagon in Las Vegas.

“I have this great move that I call ‘The Walrus,’ where I just lie on top of my opponent & do nothing,” he tweeted.
