Mogadishu (SOMALI MAGAZINE) Mr. Larry E. Andre Jr., former Ambassador of the United States of America to the Federal Republic of Somalia, congratulated Somalia on its entry into the East African Community.
“It is evident to me that the other seven member states of the East African Community (EAC) realised that their goal of regional economic integration and of obtaining all of the potential economic gains that flow from that integration required inclusion of the dynamic Somali people,” Larry, the ambassador, stated.
“The voyage of Somalia’s membership in the EAC was filled seven months ago,” according to Ambassador Larry.
