    PM Hamza visits the displaced people in Kismayo with the UN, Turkish, and Chinese ambassadors.

    Somali Magazine – Along with the UN, China, and Turkish ambassadors to Somalia, H.E. Hamza Abdi Barre, prime minister of the federal government of Somalia, paid a visit to the country’s flood-displaced residents living on the outskirts of Kismayo.

    According to the prime minister, more people than only the ones they saw today were impacted by the heavy rains, and more people nationwide are in really precarious situations.

    Prime Minister Hamza called on the international community to provide assistance to those impacted by the flash floods and commended the Jubbaland State’s administration for helping the displaced and providing for them in their hour of need.

    Conversely, the Prime Minister held a virtual meeting with the UN, China, and Turkey’s ambassadors as well as representatives of international donors.
