Somali Magazine 5 September 2023 -The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, HE Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, expressed his sympathies to Ahmed Naaji Sa’ad’s family, the Somali people, and the Waberi group of singers on his death.
The dead, according to the President, had a significant role in the promotion of Somali art, literature, and culture, and he was a cornerstone of Somali vocalists.
“We belong to Allah, and to Him is our return,” President Mohamud stated. “I express my heartfelt condolences to the family, relatives, and the entire Somali nation on the passing of the late Ahmed Naji Sa’ad, who had a name and fame in the art community, and the Somali people in general.”
President Hassan Sheikh prayed for the deceased, asking Allah to grant him eternal rest.
