Mogadishu (SOMALI MAGAZINE) – According to Somali Police Spokesman Khasim Ahmed Roble, a police operation in Mogadishu about 12:00 midnight resulted in the seizure of 140 mortars.
According to the spokesperson, the operations were carried out in numerous places following the launch of two mortars in Mogadishu by Al-Shabaab.
The spokesperson also stated that extremists set fires in Bakaara market this morning after hiding explosives in a rubbish yard.
