Mogadishu(SOMALI MAGAZINE)-The Federal Parliament of Somalia resumed debate on the second chapter of the temporary constitution on Monday, after completing the first chapter last week.
“The combined sitting of the two Houses of Parliament has resumed with the goal of continuing the debate on Articles 10-20 of Chapter 2. It was attended by 177 members, including 148 MPs and 29 Senators,” the Independent Constitutional Review Commission announced on X.
