President Muse Bihi Abdi of Somaliland has presented the seven members of the Somaliland Electoral Commission nominated by opposition parties, the House of Elders, and the president to the House of Representatives today.
According to Somaliland’s electoral system, the president appoints three members, the House of Elders two, and each of the two opposition parties one.
