Somali Magazine – H.E Ahmed Moalim Fiqi, Minister of Interior, Federal Affairs, and Reconciliation for the Federal Government of Somalia, presented the Civil Registration and Vital Statistics bill to the Lower House of Representatives.
The bill is divided into six chapters and 46 provisions that address birth, death, marriage, and divorce registration, among other topics.
